Instructions
- To view the potential indicators for each numbered item under main categories, click on the item's text. To close it, click on the text again.
- To open and view all the items within a section (e.g., Academic Engagement), click on the right-pointing triangle (▶) next to the section title. The triangle will rotate downwards (▼) when the section is open. Click again to close.
- Mark the frequency/intensity of observed behaviors using the scale provided (e.g., 0-Not Observed, 1-Rarely, 2-Sometimes, 3-Frequently, 4-Consistently).
